Dr. Dave Lee is a Stanford educated, Beverly Hills trained, board certified Chelmsford & Boston plastic surgeon, who performs both plastic and reconstructive surgery. His extensive expertise includes facelifts, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, cosmetic breast surgery, body contouring, and breast reconstruction.
Dr. Lee's early background as a competition-level, classical pianist provides him with a distinct advantage and discipline as a plastic surgeon. From the piano to the scalpel, Dr. Lee is a true artist. His satisfied patients refer to him as “a master at his craft”. His artistic eye and surgical instincts allow him to bring out each person’s unique natural beauty. By being an avid listener and tailoring to the needs of each person, Dr. Lee creates meaningful relationships that result in countless happy patients. His pure devotion to patient satisfaction along with his ability to achieve beautifully natural results allow patients to feel confident with their journey from start to finish.
Physician Assistant
Carly attended the PA program at MCPHS Boston, graduating in 2014. She spent five years working in a private plastic surgery practice in New York before transitioning to a hospital-based plastic surgery practice in 2019. This position was at Elliot Hospital, where Carly and Dr. Lee first began working together. Finally, in 2022, she seized the opportunity to join Dr. Lee in his private practice.
You will likely meet Carly on your first visit to the office, but if you haven’t, she will surely be helping with your surgery, assisting Dr. Lee, and post-op care. Carly also performs injectable treatments with fillers and neuromodulators like Botox, in addition to performing an array of laser treatments. She lives in New Hampshire with her husband, dogs, and cat.
Registered Nurse
Cristina graduated from Northshore Community College with her ADN degree in 2016 and obtained her BSN degree at Southern New Hampshire University in 2018. She spent the first 5 years of her nursing career working in the hospital on a medical-surgical/oncology unit as well as a cardiac stepdown unit. She began her aesthetic journey in 2022, obtaining her neurotoxin and dermal filler certifications. Cristina provides these services at Pure Cosmetic Center as well as various laser treatments, PRFM hair and face treatments, and Sofwave treatments.
She also circulates in our OR during our surgical cases and sees patients post-op. Transitioning into the aesthetic industry has brought Cristina the most joy because she loves being a part of making people feel beautiful and confident in their own skin. When not at Pure, Cristina is home spending time with her husband and two beautiful children!
Master Aesthetician
Cat graduated from Catherine Hinds Institute after completing the 900 hour program. Catherine was certified in over 20 different services throughout this program, which includes medical grade facials, waxing, and eyebrow/eyelash tinting. What motivates her the most about aesthetics is the constant evolution of the industry and the learning experience that allows her to keep up with the latest advancements in techniques and technology.
Most of all, her biggest motivation is being able to help others feel confident about themselves. She believes helping a client achieve a desired look or become more confident is a feeling like no other. Skin care is crucial and to be able to educate clients on the importance of skin care services is rewarding. Catherine likes to think of herself as an extrovert who loves spontaneous adventures, whether it's across the country or right down the street. When she’s not out exploring, she enjoys hanging out with her two dogs and cat at home.
Patient Care Coordinator
Elena helps to guide patients through the surgery scheduling process. She earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Mary Washington and has a career background in Biotechnology with a focus on immunology and rare genetic diseases.
Elena is a nationally-ranked synchronized swimmer, currently swimming in the New England Synchro Masters team. She serves as the Events Director of her daughters’ PTO. She enjoys traveling and boating with her husband, three daughters, and their golden retriever.
Executive Assistant
Jessica helps to keep the offices and staff running smoothly from an administrative and big-picture standpoint. Her experience in business ownership, business development, and high-level management allows her to assist in all aspects of the business at PURE. She brings a strong sense of company culture, sales experience, and organization to the team at PURE.
Prior to this role, Jessica ran operations for a high-volume MedSpa in Rhode Island. Jessica held her Real Estate license for many years, with an emphasis in commercial real estate and leasing. She has both an eye and passion for interior design and retail merchandising. With almost 20 years of business ownership experience, she owned and operated four brick-and-mortar retail stores and an e-commerce business. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, listening to podcasts about business and finance, and spending time with her husband Arthur, her two daughters, and her mini sheepadoodle Lulu.
Digital Marketing Coordinator
Amanda is passionate about helping brands and small businesses thrive on digital media. A Johnson & Wales University graduate, Amanda earned a B.S. in Digital Marketing & Social Media. She completed two impactful internships, gaining valuable experience that now supports her work in digital media.
Amanda takes pride in boosting brand visibility and engaging audiences through creative and data-driven strategies. She always looks for new ways to grow and refine her skills, particularly through digital media analytics. In her free time, Amanda enjoys going to the gym and hiking the scenic trails of the White Mountains in New Hampshire, where she finds both inspiration and rejuvenation.
Administrative Medical Assistant
Meet Christina, who has been working as a registered Medical Assistant for more than 15 years. Along with her experience in the field as an assistant, she is, more specifically, a registered Phlebotomist. Christina is a member of the National Phlebotomy Association as well as the American Medical Technologies Association. Her motivation is consistent due to her joy of learning and taking care of people; she also appreciates that the medical field is ever-evolving.
When she isn't helping everyone in the office, both administratively and clinically, Christina enjoys gardening both vegetables and flowers, with a passion for Dahlia's. She spends her quality time knitting/crocheting, riding motorcycles, working in the garage, and traveling, especially to Martha's Vineyard and her camp in Maine. Christina likes to spend time with family and friends, her husband, and both of her pets, Fionnlagh the Doberman and Oliver the Sphinx.
Logistics Coordinator
Having worked in operations and management roles in a number of different industries, Harrison's experience provides PURE Cosmetic Center efficiency and flow behind the scenes - everything from inventory management, purchasing, facilities management, and project coordination for the renovation of PURE Cosmetic Center's exciting new location on Commonwealth Avenue in Back Bay.
With 7+ years of professional driving experience, Harrison ensures patients are safe, comfortable, and on time when traveling to and from their surgical procedures. As a former student of The Juilliard School, Harrison's classical music background provides him with attention to detail and team orientation that ensures our providers have everything they need to offer the highest level of service and care for our patients. On weekends, you can find Harrison performing with local Boston orchestras, swinging a golf club, and spending time working on his cars.
Front Office Coordinator
She is the first person you meet walking into our office to welcome you. Natalya attended a vocational high school for Design & Visual Communications before graduating from Northern Essex college with an Associates degree in Journalism and concentration in Communications. While attending school Natalya spent 6 years in Administration with her first job being at a nursing home, where she also earned her Dementia Training Certification.
Although she has a diverse educational and professional background, she has gravitated towards the medical field with her passion for learning new things everyday and her desire to connect to and care for people naturally. Natalya’s free time is usually spent with her grandmother and sisters back in her hometown of Haverhill. When she isn’t spending her weekend with family, she’s at her quiet home adding new pieces to her collection of paintings, or transcribing the interviews she has with local artists. Whether it’s through writing, painting or even having new conversations, Natalya is always finding a lesson in her personal and professional experiences.
