An enrollment fee equal to one month's membership will be charged on the day of enrollment.
All membership contracts are annual, billed monthly, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions, other than Alle Loyalty Program and Aspire Galderma Rewards. Monthly dues must be current to earn listed benefits, and monthly/quarterly treatments cannot be banked or accrued unless previously arranged with the practice.
