This allows Dr. Lee to directly remove the underlying breast tissue. Placing the incision at the outer edge of the areola reduces the appearance of scars.

Mastectomy With Nipple Graft: A mastectomy with free nipple graft techniques involves the removal of all the breast tissue, similar to the technique used to treat or prevent breast cancer. The free nipple graft involves the complete removal of the nipple and areola, which are then grafted into the correct position on the chest.
